The 2011 Formula 1 season kicks off in a matter of hours, tomorrow at Melbourne, in Australia. The Albert Park Circuit will be, for a total of three days, the host of the first Grand Prix of the new season. The first two free practice sessions will be held at 12:30 PM Local Time (02:30 AM CET) and, respectively, 16:30 PM Local Time (06:30 AM CET). On Saturday, the third practice round and the qualifying stage will take place at 14:00 PM Local Time (04:00 AM CET) and 17:00 PM Local Time (07:00 AM CET), whereas the big race will come up on Sunday at 17:00 PM Local Time (08:00 AM CEST). The MERCEDES GP PETRONAS drivers and official staff have participated in a special photo shoot at Melbourne, a customary event before the first F1 Grand Prix of a new season.
